We originally worked with Loud Speaker (Speak Easy's sister company) to deliver workshops for our students which were very well received, after the positive feedback we decided to run similar sessions with Speak Easy for our staff.
The session really pushed staff our of their comfort zone, got them working together and talking across different teams. The problem we have now is that the staff who didn't attend have fear of missing out so we will definitely be working with them again.
